Who knew ordering and receiving purchases would be so easy. I found a three piece sofa set on the Selacy Furniture website that I absolutely loved. I took a chance and ordered it, without even seeing it in person first. I received a phone call from Selacy so we could determine the best delivery date for me. The day of delivery, the delivery fellow gave me a call to say they'd be there in 15 minutes. True to their word, the fellows brought in 3 boxes containing my much anticipated purchase. I could hardly contain my excitement, but I managed. They assembled it so quickly and took took away all packaging.
I absolutely LOVE my new living room set. It is so comfortable and so stylish. I am thrilled beyond words. It was even better than what I expected. Depending on which way the light hits it, it is different shades of grey. Even my little one approved of our new furniture.
I would highly recommend Selacy Furniture to anyone for their living space furniture.
There was one minor glitch. One of the delivery fellows put the chair seat cushion on backwards. I didn't notice it until after they left. I took a photo, sent it in an email and then received a phone call, apologizing for the mistake. Within the hour the delivery guys were back to correct their mistake. Now that's what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
