Worst recliner sofa ever

We got our recliner sofa delivered on Feb 13 and we have noticed the peeling and stitches have already come out. We have informed one of the representative Meenu at Scarborough. The return policy shows 14 days and we have called them on Feb 20 they asked us to drop a detail email . We have dropped an email and on Feb 26th we received an email from Selacy informing they cannot replace the sofa but they can make stitches proper. This is the worst experience one can have in Canada. Even though we informed them within 14 days they just have neglected it. This was so dissatisfying.This was our first and worst experience we had with Selacy.
